The following table provides a high-level overview of the primary responsibilities of the Licensor, the Customer, the Web Agency, the Hosting Provider and third-party service providers.

Interpretation
This Responsibility Matrix is intended solely as an interpretative aid.
In the event of any inconsistency, the provisions contained in the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the other contractual documents forming part of the WPdealer Legal Package shall prevail.
Practical Summary
WPdealer is responsible for the original Software officially distributed by the Licensor.
The Customer and any Web Agency managing the Customer’s website remain responsible for website administration, backups, compatibility verification, WordPress maintenance and the server environment in which the Software is installed.
